Fisk University Selects Dr. Tiffany Bellafant-Steward as Vice President for Student Enrollment and Success

October 3, 2024 – Fisk University recently announced the appointment of Dr. Tiffany Bellafant-Steward as the new Vice President of Student Enrollment and Success. Dr. Steward comes to Fisk with over 20 years of leadership experience in strategic enrollment management, student engagement, and student success.

Dr. Steward earned her Doctor of Education in Higher Education and her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Memphis, as well as a Master of Science in Education with a focus on Enrollment Management from Capella University. She has a demonstrated track record of leading initiatives that boost student enrollment, enhance retention and graduation rates, and improve support services.

Before her current position, Dr. Steward was the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Student Enrollment & Retention Services at the Tennessee Board of Regents, where she managed systemwide strategic enrollment planning and spearheaded initiatives to increase dual enrollment and first-year student numbers. She also completed 12 years of service at Tennessee State University in a variety of student success roles.
