November 11, 2024 – Dr. Tashni-Ann Dubroy announced on Friday that she would be departing from Howard University, marking the close of an extraordinary seven-year journey.
In a personal LinkedIn post shared last week, Dr. Dubroy extended heartfelt thanks to Howard’s faculty, staff, and students, as well as its leadership team, including Dr. Wayne A.I. Frederick and Dr. Ben Vinson III, whose vision and collaboration fueled many of the university’s recent advancements.
In her parting message, Dr. Dubroy expressed deep gratitude for the opportunity to work with Howard’s dedicated community, saying, Howard University is forever in my heart. I hope the footprints I’ve left will support Howard University for generations to come. Leading the infrastructure transformation of this university has been one of the greatest responsibilities and joys of my career.
As she embarks on her next endeavor, we wish Dr. Dubroy continued success in her commitment to excellence in higher education, and we look forward to seeing her continued impact in the HBCU community and beyond!
